Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows(10/11) workstations (desktops and laptops), peripheral devices and other equipment (Printers, NUCs, mobile etc.);
Research and installation of software, security updates, and patches;
User administration via AD and DC;
Monitoring of hardware and software performance;
Basic network setup and administration;
Troubleshooting day-to-day technical issues;
Maintaining Cloud based services GCloud, OneDrive, Atlassian (Jira/Wiki);
Assets inventory management;
Automation of boring and repetitive tasks via automation;
Work in collaboration with the DevOps and Security teams on internal projects.
