As a Project Coordinator, you will take ownership of projects from kick-off to close - not just tracking them, but actually driving them forward. Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones, and make sure deadlines are hit. Run kick-off meetings and cross-team syncs. Spot discrepancies and issues in the work early, and resolve them before they become blockers. Flag technical, regulatory, or administrative risks as soon as you see them coming, and have a plan to deal with them. Keep stakeholders and team members in the loop with clear, regular updates on status, milestones, and risks. Once a project wraps, run the post-mortem - what worked, what didn't, what to change next time.
You'll also help push our AI, automation, and self-service initiatives forward, so check with yourself if you're curious about what that looks like day-to-day.
Have fun while doing the above, can handle both negative and positive feedback, and work under pressure.
Based on skills, experience and level of self sufficiency the coordinator will be part of one of our many teams.
