You will facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared to thrive from day one. Lead engaging first-day orientations that leave a lasting positive impression, sparking new hires' enthusiasm. And create a positive employee experience by actively addressing concerns, cultivating collaboration, and fostering a supportive work environment. Coordinate and encourage employee engagement and active involvement in company activities, cultivating team spirit. Work together with our Marketing team to collaboratively put together awesome company events like benefits fairs, volunteer initiatives, and unforgettable team celebrations.
Provide invaluable support to the recruitment team with staffing-related tasks, contributing to our mission of attracting the right people. Serve as the go-to person for employee inquiries, offering expert guidance on benefits, onboarding, payroll, and other HR-related matters. Ensure accuracy and up-to-date employee data by masterfully managing HR systems and processes.
Facilitate training programs that ignite our employees' growth potential and foster a culture of continuous learning. Skillfully identifying trends for retention and career development, minimizing risks, and fostering a thriving work environment. Provide valuable analysis of financial and workforce data, empowering strategic planning and informed HR decisions.
We have a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is taking care of the recruitment as well as all of the HR related activities at the moment. Also a Marketing Coordinator who is handling our hiring campaigns and branding. Although we expect the HR Coordinator to collaboratively work together with the TAS and Marketing as a single logical unit.
